หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Training and Development: - Develop training and development programs - Organize staff training Recruitment: - Handle recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, job posting and managing the hiring process - Handle evaluation process for probation period Company Activity - Promote employer branding - Conduct employee engagement activities - Support company activities - Conduct CSR activity and project Support Document: - Coordinate visa and work permit applications where required - Handle HR documents

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or any related fields. - 2 - 5 years of experience in HRD, Training or recruitment - Have basic knowledge of Labor law - Good Command in English - Team player, and willingness to share - Interpersonal Communication Skill, decision making skill & problem-solving skill - Good attitude & mindset with a service-oriented mind.
