หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Ensure efficient, accurate, and timely for all accounting functions including accounting closing, AR, AP, cash flow, taxation, reporting, forecasting and other necessaries to complete on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Monitor and analyze work of team members to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Support and assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department. Collaborate with the other managers to support overall department goals and objectives including monitoring and advising on the progress to enhance the professional development of team members. Collaborate and support the internal and external parties for auditing procedure. Coach, manage and supervise team members to carry out their functions effectively including handling with other factors which may related to their work performance e.g. insufficient training, communication, absenteeism etc. Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• MUST •Bachelor or Master's Degree in Accounting • Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting fields and at least 3 years in manager level • Very good command in English GOOD TO HAVE •Have Analytic Skills •Have work experience in Japanese Trading Company. •Knowledge in SAP and Express system
