หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Create estimates, submit estimates, and update estimate management sheet • Handle export-import operations (negotiate with DHL): • Perform tasks related to importing product invoices  Check quantities upon receipt and update them in the sales inventory. • Update cost calculation sheet at the time of imports:  Input costs, product details, and quantities into the cost calculation sheet; update the inventory sheet accordingly. • Create export invoices, coordinate with DHL for shipment arrangements, create Shipping Advice for destination and send emails • Handle shipment operations (no need to delivery):  Organize shipped products based on order forms and customers, perform packaging, and apply labels to packaging boxes.  Move the planned shipment quantity to the shipment storage area. • Prepare documents for monthly battery product

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Sales administration experience more than 1 year, which includes export-import operations experience at Japanese industrial machinery manufacturing or equipment manufacturing companies • English command of daily conversation level (Be able to communicate by e-mail & making English documents
