หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Provide business reviews and analysis on the performance of the current company and subsidiaries’ portfolio. • Overseeing all prospects of finance activities. • Preparing quarterly financial reports and others as required. • Oversee, supervise, review, and develop SET reports such as One report, THSI, and others correctly, meet deadlines, and efficiently. • Prepare financial materials for Investor relations, including executive road shows, quarterly analyst meeting. • Control of all IR activities, including the company website. (IR part) • Gathering and following up on the research of analysts • Liaising as a critical point of contact for investors, analysts, and shareholders and being able to give information and answer questions

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • 7+ years of experience in investor relations or related (from corporate finance or investment banking are acceptable). • 2+ years of experience as a manager. • Solid knowledge in finance and accounting area. • Strong analytical skills and financial modeling skills. • Knowledge of SET and SEC regulations. • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
