Accountant/ Up to 30K/ BTS Asok/ Only 1 -2 years exp VERY URGENT

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Check documents and Record Accounts on excel. • Reconciled and Tax submission PND.1,2,3,53,54 and PP.30, Input vat, Output vat. • Issue Receipt, withholding tax and make payment on the 5th, 15th and 25th of the month. • Record and Control Cash on hand and bank reconcile. • Manage Accounting Information and update all bank statements end of month. • Inventory Report • Salary, Calculate Personal Income Tax (PIT), Social security fund, Student loan fund. • Follow up and check document original receipts and tax invoices from suppliers. • Coordinate with Accounting Firm, Auditors, and Revenue Department, DBD and Social security Office. • Submit Financial Statement and Shareholder list to DBD e-Filing. • Other assignments.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• MUST: • Bachelor’ degree in any field • Doesn’t have hesitation to use English (mainly write/read) • Good communication skill and personality • 1-2 years’ Experience in Account related area NICE TO HAVE: • Capability to deal with Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel, Word.) • Familiar with Japanese culture • EN reading and writing in advance (can use translator tool)
