หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Contact customers by phone to provide product information and schedule appointments for Sales to meet. • Prepare quotations and update purchase status. • Coordinate with sales and customers. • Consult and solve customer problems by phone. • Take care of customers after sales. • Prepare products and invoices.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science. • At least 6 months experiences in Sales admin / Sales Engineer • Clear and articulate communication skills, with fluency. • Proficient in negotiation, courteous telephone etiquette, and responsiveness. • Adaptable, disciplined, and highly responsible. • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. • Excellent problem-solving abilities. • Intermediate in English.
