หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Be a trainer for internal orientation programs, 3 programs • Manage training classes and courses by schedule • Manage payment processing for training expenses • Handle reporting of training to the Labor Department • Handle training reports for management • Handle training record processing • Handle digitalization of training using digital tools • Administer job performance appraisals • Provide company activity support as one of the HR members • Work on projects based on the requirements of both the department and the company

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in any related field • At least 2 years of experience in HRD, especially in training, or any related fields • Good command of English • Good command of computer literacy such as Microsoft Office • Skills in communicating, problem-solving, presenting and the ability to work under pressure • Experience from Japanese company is advantage
