หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Sales (order processing) • Processing orders and ensuring prompt shipments to customers. • Liaising with supply chain on day to day orders. • Preparing packing list for warehouse to pack. • Create delivery orders and invoices for delivery to customers. • Update customers on pending delivery dates. • Processing for billing invoices and filing. Warehouse (Pick-Pack) • Perform daily operation based on company policies, safety, security and hygiene standards • Keep warehouse in good condition; temperature / humidity / hygiene / etc. • Receive / Put parts away / Pick-Pack / Prepare deliveries / Load trucks / Quality Control inspections / WIP’s/ Kits / Cycle counts/ Organize warehouse / Occasionally deliver & fill VMI’s

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• MUST • 0 - 2 years of experience in sales function OR Fresh grads. • Able to work in warehouse with willingness to grow up to do sales task. • Good Communication in English. • Basic Microsoft office. • Hold driving license and able to drive. • Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 5-10kg. • Strong intention to advance in sales role career path.
