IT Senior Supervisor (PM)/ BTS Bearing/ Up to 50K with 5 years exp in IT fields

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for management of company’s overall IT planning and execution, aligning with company business mid-term plan and Corporate IT roadmap strategy plan, strong collaboration with HQ and GBS IT to contribute and achieve the Business Objectives and Business Direction. IT Management • Plan and manage IT activities and projects planning, budgeting, and track actual IT expenditures against budget. • Manage and support the company Infrastructure and application system support and maintenance operations, system upgrade/technology refresh and enhancement projects. • Control and manage the company IT procurement. • Ensure the proposed IT solution that meets the business requirements, within established budget, monitor milestones & budgets for change request assessment, system integration & deployment. • Report and communicate timely on project risk, scope, quality, effort, resources and timeline. • Communicate critical paths and mitigate risks to implementation. • Collaborate and work closely with GBS IT and HQ IT team. Cybersecurity and IT Information Security Management • Lead and drive the cybersecurity activities and improvements. • Plan and manage IT security related activities and projects planning. • Understand and deploy corporate information security related standards, policies, and procedures in the company. • Promote and train the local users in cybersecurity awareness. • Identify and establish local standard operating procedures or guidelines in compliances with corporate governance and local legislation. Business integration experience • Responsible for allocating and managing internal and consulting resource on project implementation. • Require managing and validate vendor delivery and job quality. • Maintain good working relationships with peers, colleagues and external service vendors. • Develop, establish, and manage service level agreements, contracts with internal users and external parties. • Ensure projects meet expectations and are managed within the established time frame and budget. • Ensure proper documentation tracking, updates and for the IT systems (infrastructure and application) implementation. Systems Support • Focal contact point on communication with external auditors for finance IT auditing and IT J-SOX auditing (if applicable). • Ensure adherence and compliance to all corporate governance and standardization, quality management plans and standards. • Formulate, ensure, and improve J-SOX audit controls, policies and any other statutory compliance with quality standards and procedures. • Review service level agreements, contracts with internal users and external parties. • Develop and implement training programs for end users. Project Management • Agree requirements, accurately estimate additional project components, timescales and costs in time and materials, fixed price or share risk situations and integrate into the overall project plan. • Enforce strong change control culture into the project life cycle, implementing and controlling processes to manage change requests. • Ensure proper documentation tracking, updates and filing for each project implementation. • Develop and implement training programs for end users.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• MUST • Bachelor of ICT, Computer engineering, Computer science, or IT related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure/Network & System/IT Security & Audit • Conceptual knowledge of change & release management • ERP projects leadership: Minimum 3 mid-scale projects implementation cycles • Experience in IT Project management and Vendor management • Experience in infrastructure system and network operation management • Upper-Intermediate at English (Directly report to Japanese MD)
