หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Develop APQP plan to support the product realization process in accordance with customer requirements. • Manage APQP schedule and communicate with related department. • Interface with customer and facilitate the resolution of quality issues and concerns. • Submit ECR/ECN to customers and update the change of status to team member. • Prepare PPAP document, execute PPAP submission and approval as required for new program launches and customer initiated product changes. • Maintain APQP documentation to support of the manufacturing process in accordance with customer requirements, e.g. FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, etc. • Understand and provide interpretation of customer specific requirements. • Control all APQP documents through PPAP approval for new program launches. • Create NCR customer claim and lead to problem solving. • Update fast response tracking board to communicate status of problem and • corrective action. • To contract customers in the case of problem with the quality products according to customers’ requests • Perform tracking customers issue and representing customers about quality problem • Conduct analysis problem within customers target and follow up step problem solving • Verify countermeasure effectiveness with team member • Follow up take Corrective and Improvement while problem occurred and control 4M change as requirement • Prepare the report summarizing the results of other quality checks for customers according to customer request

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related subject. • At least 2 years of working experience in Quality Assurance of new model section and customer claim from Automotive Industry Tier 1 or OEM customers • Experience deal with Oversea in Europe side (tis position deal with Ford in Europe) • Good Communication in English • Knowledge of IATF16949, Customer specific requirement (CSR) such as FORD/GM/ • VW/JLR etc. • Have experience to discuss, meeting with the oversea customers • Good communications and presentation skills
