Service Engineer for Construction Equipment, Work from home, Salary Up to 70K

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Develop aftermarket and service support capability of the dealer network through the development and optimization of dealer service operations. • Assist to technical training to all levels of the service staff at dealer and major key account level. • Provide technical support and solutions for product problems, laisse and feedback to headquarters with technical reports. • Assist and make recommendations to enhance tools & services required by the field. Advice dealers on service contracts, service inspection programs and extended warranty. • Evaluate dealer service capabilities and outline dealers plans to improve their performance. • Manage the dealer warranty account, disputes and service policy and procedures. Assist dealer’s own agreements with their service network. • Provide updated information on current industry and competitor aftermarket operations, plans, tools and developments within the industry and affecting industries.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • 3+ years direct experience in heavy industry, specifically in excavator truck and related. • Experience in aftermarket services for heavy industry products with full sense of engineering. • Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai (Need to communicate across the SEA region and HQ in Korea). • Keen to travel upcountry and aboard.
