หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Issue invoice and tax invoice • Issue receipt to receive cheque from customer. • Issue cheque, withholding tax and pay cheque to sub-contractor. • Prepare billing from customer. • Prepare documents for accounting. • Responsibility petty cash. • Coordinate with customers and update information with relevant team. • Coordinate with subcontractor to prepare the payment order. • Prepare purchase tax report and withholding tax report. • Update document for project payment schedule, project cost, journal, etc. • Other tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• MUST • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Accounting fields • Knowledge in Accounting, Basic Finance, Stock • Intermediate level in English *Mainly email and daily communication (Equivalent TOEIC 500) • Quick Book Program or other accounting program
