Sales Team Lead for cosmetic product/ Up to 70K/ Near BTS Asoke/ Basic Eng skill

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Taking care of sale performance of the team to achieve targets • Handle the Data collection at assigned counters • Supporting Brand Management team for Sale strategy planning • Mentoring existing Beauty Adviser and Field Manager to follow Company strategy and guideline • Training new Beauty Adviser to keep up to Brand's service standard ***Number of counters under responsibility will be shared on the interview date, but all is in Bangkok (BTS & MRT lines).

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• MUST • Bachelor’s degree in any field • At least 2 years as BA Chief or BA Team Leader in cosmetic business is a must • Good personality, leadership skill, and efficient communication skill • Had experience in setting sales quotas and goals and analyzing sales performance • Good at MS Excel and PowerPoint • Intermediate and upper level in English skill (Mostly use for e-mail responses & reports)
