• Strategic Planning: • Develop long-term and short-term strategic plans for farm operations. • Identify opportunities for improving crop yield, quality, and sustainability. • Monitor and analyze market trends, agricultural advancements, and competitor strategies. Operational Management: • Oversee the implementation of farming strategies and plans. • Coordinate with farm managers to ensure effective resource allocation. • Monitor farm performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Financial Management: • Prepare and manage budgets for farm operations. • Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability. • Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource utilization. Sustainability and Compliance: • Ensure all farming practices comply with environmental regulations and company policies. • Promote sustainable farming practices and innovations. • Implement measures to reduce the environmental impact of farm operations. Team Leadership: • Lead and mentor a team of farm managers and agricultural specialists. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. • Provide training and development opportunities for team members. Stakeholder Engagement: • Liaise with government bodies, industry associations, and other stakeholders. • Represent the company in industry conferences and forums. • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and partners. Risk Management: • Identify and mitigate risks associated with farm operations. • Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions. • Monitor weather patterns and other external factors affecting farm productivity.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural management or a similar role. • Strong understanding of agricultural practices, market trends, and sustainability issues. • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in data analysis and financial management. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Able to communicate and use English skills very well. Able to prepare presentation for Japanese PREFER • Experience in sugarcane farming and sugarcane production will be given special consideration or agricultural business. • Knowledge of advanced farming technologies and precision agriculture.
