Inventory Controller (JLPT N2 Up) - Salary Up to 35,000 - BTS Ekkamai

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Trading
• Responsible for all importation process as Importer
• Understand HS, duty, and required import regulation for import process
• Check shipping document and confirm declaration form for custom clearance
• Coordinates with Custom Agent for custom clearance, and Warehouse for cargo delivery
• Manage & control all import license & permit validity
• Cost calculation for all shipping cost in Overseas & Domestic transaction
• Supply
• Creates inventory forecasts and sends to suppliers to assist in mutual planning
• Creates Purchase Orders for approval, sends to Suppliers, maintains tracking reports
• Updates and confirms order and shipping status
• Communicates any delays to the merchandising and operations department
• Supports and assists operation department in inventory inquiries
• Assists merchandising and logistics team on best order transportation costs
• **Remark** Sometimes, will go to a Nitori store to check the inventory.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Logisticsor Supply Chain Field and New Grad (New graduates must major in Logistics to apply.)
• OR Have experience in Freight Forwarder or Trading industry (Have Knowledge of Import and Export)
• Upper JLPT N2 Level
• Able to work as a Shift(Mon to Sun)
• Able to Communicate in English ( Internal Communication is all English)
