MGLT Operation system i/e. logistics/insurance/WMS/DMS/accounting
Network problem i.e External Website, LAN/Wifi connection, Warehouse connection
Prepare and create permission for access the server system
Lead/monitoring incident ticket operation and ensure service level agreement
Manage and Implement IT infrastructure projects

4 - 5 years experiences in IT supports.
Work experience in IT support and serviced-mind
Knowledge of windows, office 365, Ms offices, Ms outlook.
Networking (Lan/Wan/Wireless), switch, router.
Open mind to learn new thing and quickly adapt the environment change.
Good communication and problem solving skills and willing to learn.
Able to communicate in English (equivalent TOEIC 500+)
