หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Daily Trouble shooting i.e.
• MGLT Operation system i/e. logistics/insurance/WMS/DMS/accounting
• Network problem i.e External Website, LAN/Wifi connection, Warehouse connection
• Prepare and create permission for access the server system
• Lead/monitoring incident ticket operation and ensure service level agreement
• Manage and Implement IT infrastructure projects

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field
• 4 - 5 years experiences in IT supports.
• Work experience in IT support and serviced-mind
• Knowledge of windows, office 365, Ms offices, Ms outlook.
• Networking (Lan/Wan/Wireless), switch, router.
• Open mind to learn new thing and quickly adapt the environment change.
• Good communication and problem solving skills and willing to learn.
• Able to communicate in English (equivalent TOEIC 500+)
