BOI officer - Rayong - Up to 35K - PS1

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Handle all documentation related to BOI requirements.
• Manage all import-export operations.
• Coordinate with forwarders for the shipping document process (import & export).
• Create a master list of machines and maximum stock materials before import under BOI regulations.
• Request approval for the list of machinery to be imported
• Submit applications for approval of various transactions under BOI conditions.
• Create sales reports for each BOI project (including BOI income, non-BOI income for local sales, indirect sales, direct sales, and prepare monthly and yearly summary reports)
• Develop formulas for each product and submit them to The Federation of Thai Industries and BOI.
• Apply for system access to submit benefit usage information online.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BOI related from manufacturing business
• Knowledge about import-export
• Knowledge ISO1400:2015, GMP
• Communicable level in English (Equivalent TOEIC 500)
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Computer literacy MS. Office (Excel & Word) and E-mail.
• Own car and driving license
