Manager (Shipping Agency) - Salary Up to 80K - BTS Sala Daeng

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Arrangement the vessel with Terminal,
• Making shore-pass and relation with custom
• Process of tagboat for support vessel / Railway use to support Lad Kra Bang
• Keeping shipping operations within budget without compromising speed or efficiency.
• Responsible for overseeing all operations related to shipments and cargo at ports on behalf of the shipping companies.
• Manage and confirm booking from customer for outbound and inbound booking for container service
• Monitor and control booking to full allocation available
• Arrange booking and coordinate for outbound cargo with other shipping lines in case of SOC booking
• Planning and management of vessel loading and discharging.
• Follow up container booking forecast to vessel operator.
• Follow up container load list to vessel operator
• Processing shipment documentation and inspecting completed orders.
• Documenting processes and reporting to management as required.
• Coordinate with container depots for container release to customers.
• Assist to customers solving problem about customer’s shipment.
• Corporate to issue SOA (Statement of Account).
• Hiring, training, and supervising shipping Employees.
• Complying to shipping industry regulations and company policies.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or similar preferred.
• Good command of English
• Minimum 10 years of Liner, Shipping Agency or Ship Liner (not forwarding company)
• Have Experience of Japanese Shipping Agency (Good to Have)
• Have Experience as sailor (Good to Have)
