Sales Support - Logistics/Freight Forwording

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Support sales team in preparing quotations, pricing and estimates for contract negotiations.
• Support the negotiation process.
• Manage pricing, cost and quotation.
• Handling cost comparison to find the most competitive rate from carrier, airline, co-loader, Customs clearance, overseas agents, regulatory affairs, domestic truck and others vendor/supplier.
• Control pricing model.
• Maintain relationship with vendors and suppliers.
• Work closely with the Business Development on common / recurrent service issues and provide improvements / solutions.
• Maintain good quality of services to customers.
• Meet KPIs target.
• Create daily report and summary status.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor in Business, International business, Logistics or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales support, Customer Service in logistic/freight forwarding business.
• Have experience in Export-Import (from Sea Freight, Air Freight), Customs Clearance.
• Communicable level in English *Equivalent TOEIC 550 (Communicate with foreign customer).
• Service minded, able to work with team, able to work under pressure.
• Have knowledge of HS CODE.
• Have test about Excel and Incoterms.
