หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with current clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify and approach potential customers to introduce our products and services.
• Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to secure profitable deals.
• Prepare regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Utilize CRM systems and tools effectively to manage leads, opportunities, and pipeline.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Business level in English
• Graduate Bachelor's degrees in chemicals or related any field
• Working experience as Sales or in chemicals company
• Experience working for a Japanese company or trading company
• Knowledge of logistics
• Good interpersonal skills; gets along well with coworkers
• Japanese Speaker or Chinese Speaker is advantage
