IT Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Be responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks security
• Troubleshoot and provide assistance in system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults for internal users.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Fix PC and Notebook

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field
• At least 0.5-2 years experiences in IT supports.
• Work experience in IT support and serviced-mind
• Knowledge of windows, office 365, MS offices, MS outlook.
