หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Staff Management: The manager is responsible for creating staff schedules and ensuring there are no staffing shortages
• Training staff: Manager trains new staff on operations, customer service, and the use of karaoke equipment
• Store Operations: Manager oversees cleaning and maintaining the store to ensure it is welcoming and in good condition
• Ensures that karaoke machines, sound systems, and other equipment are regularly checked and maintained.
• Manages the inventory of drinks, snacks, and other supplies, ensuring they are restocked when necessary.
• Keeps track of daily sales and reports them to higher management or headquarters.
• Promotes the karaoke store through social media, flyers, online ads, and other marketing channels to attract customers.
