• Build strong relationships with potential buyers and guide them through the property acquisition process, focusing on land, residential, and real estate development. Provide support in property management, negotiation, and contract processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, offering expert advice and services to support successful sales transactions.
• Use our CRM to manage client portfolios and handle transactions efficiently.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in real estate or other industries with a strong interest in moving into the property sector.
• Proven ability to meet targets and deliver excellent client service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Tech-savvy and confident using CRM tools to manage leads and close deals.
