• <p><u>Main Responsibilities:</u></p> <p><br> &bull;&nbsp;Coordinate and arrange import &ndash; export shipment according to committed date in order to support customer requirement<br> &bull;&nbsp;Perform purchasing and sales activities for the on-going and new business<br> &bull;&nbsp;Achieve the assigned Sales and Profit Target<br> &bull;&nbsp;Undertake the day-to-day operation i.e. making quotation; invoicing; verify freight bill/physical distribution expense; generate ordering and shipment control schedule; send shipment advice; shipping document to customers; and follow up tax and duty privilege</p> <p><br> <u>Qualification:</u></p> <p><br> &bull;&nbsp;Male/Female, age between 30 - 35 years old<br> &bull;&nbsp;Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related field<br> &bull;&nbsp;Have working experiences at least 5 years in import &ndash; export operation<br> &bull;&nbsp;Working experience in a multi-national trading company would be an advantage<br> &bull;&nbsp;Good command in written and spoken English<br> &bull;&nbsp;Good command in written and spoken Japanese would be an advantage&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br> &bull;&nbsp;Must have strong ability in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills<br> <span _fck_bookmark="1" style="display: none">&nbsp;</span></p>
