หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. - Maintains customer records by updating account information. - Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer\\\'s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. - Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. - Handling any other tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai nationality, age not over 29 years old. - Bachelor\'s Degree in any related field. - 0-2 years, welcome new fresh graduation student - Good command of English both written and spoken skills. Having TOEIC more than 650 would be advantage. - Good attitude and service mind. Location : Sathorn Contract 1 year renew
