หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• System Engineer - Handle troubleshoot for Cloud Infrastructure (Web server, Database server, Network system, Security and other services on Cloud) system issue by coordinating with customer and support team. - Create incident report and follow-up issues by coordinating to customer and related support team (both in Thailand and Global support) - Able to identify and determine user requirement and design cloud with best practices - Design infrastructure and implement system on Cloud platform - Overlook application development and deployment. - Evaluate requirement and create flows and scenario. - Build test cases to ensure quality of application. - Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. *Candidate with no experience is welcome to apply! - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field - Possess knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 operating system or Linux system - Possess knowledge of network system and network security - Proficient in Micrsoft Office / Excel / Words / Project / Access / Power Point - Proficient in English Speaking / Writing / Listening *Equivalent to TOEIC 550 and above - At least 1 year of experience as System Engineer in Cloud platform - Knowledge of cloud infrastructure is a plus - Knowledge of mobile application development is a plus - Able to communicate in Japanese *Equivalent to JLPT N3 - Good interpersonal skill, Mature, Hard Working, Self Initiative, Enthusiastic and Service minded - Able to handle multiple tasks at once and works well under pressure - Flexible in working time and willing to work after office hours or holidays if required Male / Female 22 to 28 years old Thai
