Telesales Team Leader

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Train, manage and motivate sale team to achieve sales target. • Control and maintain process for creating sale opportunities. • Using CRM system to communicate and management customer. • Collaborate with other departments and external partners to achieve KPI. • Develop the method to improve sale performance.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Good Communication skill in both Thai and English • At least 1 years of experience in telesale • Experience in team management / team leader (capacity to handle 2 subordinates) • Proven achievements and track record from previous work place • Ability to communicate in Vietnamese • Interested in start-up and able to survive in fast-pace environment • Open minded, Direct communication and Sharp in problem solving • Tech oriented / entrepreneur spirit.
