หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Liaison with Change Management Team and develop newsletters, posters, welcome packs, bulletins, Change Champion meeting & action lists 2. Coordinate and liaise with Project Team, facilities, IT, furniture vendors, Security and other consultants as necessary 3. Translate internal communications between English & Thai 4. Run monthly Change Champion meetings and weekly Project Team Meetings related to relocation activities, and provide Weekly reports providing updates, issues, risks and mitigations 5. Support storage and filing reduction initiatives 6. Staff communications to prepare for the move 7. Pre-relocation Briefing Presentations 8. Post-move feedback gathering and report

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in any field 2. Has at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the Facilities Management, Estate Management, and Administrative 3. Capable of communicating in written and spoken language in both English and Thai 4. Able to be traveling
