หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the answering or referring inquiries. 2.Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system. 3.Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. 4.Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges. 5.Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) 6.Assist Team on an adhoc basis or as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Bachelor’s degree in any field 2.Good in English (Report to Australian Supervisor) 3.Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role 4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) 5.At least 1 year experience in administrative function
