หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ***3 months contract*** Responsibilities: • Handle all HR Operations duties for the Thailand office. • Deliver accurate and timely pay runs, statutory filings and reporting in partnership with vendors and Finance. • Maintain employee data in HRIS (Workday). • Propose new ideas and processes to improve the way things are currently done. • Upkeep Employee Handbook / policies and ensure statutory compliance. • Provide administrative support. Requirements: • Degree in Business (HR), or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of HR operational work experience in fast paced environments. • At least 2 -5 years experience in General HR fields • ***Good Command of English*** • Experience managing payroll vendors. • Has experience of Workday, or similar HRIS. • Is customer focused and has excellent communication and problem resolution skills. • Credibility in delivering varying commitments under tight timelines. • Is meticulous and well organized. • Able to handle confidential matters maturely and discreetly. • Collaborates effectively within a team setting and is also a self-starter
