หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Type: 3 months contract (renewable) Working Day: Monday - Friday Location: Bangkok near BTS, MRT Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities: - Handle all HR Operations duties for the Thailand office. - Maintain employee data in HRIS. - Deliver accurate and timely pay runs, statutory filings and reporting in partnership with vendors and Finance. - Propose new ideas and processes to improve the way things are currently done. - Upkeep Employee Handbook / policies and ensure statutory compliance. - Provide administrative support.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• ***Fluent English Communication*** - Any degree with at least 2 years of HR operational work experience in fast paced environments. - Experience managing payroll vendors. - Has experience of HRIS. - Able to handle confidential matters maturely and discreetly. - Work experience in multinational company would be advantage. - Proactive thinking with serviced-mind.
