Civil Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - To manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in safe and timely manner - Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications - Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards - Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs - Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility - Communicate with the owner, supervisor and subcontractor, and solve the problem - Comply with guide lines and regulations including permits, safety etc

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor‘s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent - At least 2-3 years of experience in construction industries - Able to conduct engineering specifications/Requisitions for client approval in fast track environment and conduct technical clarification meeting with vendors/clients. - Able to work in both Bangkok and Upcountries (Rayong, Chonburi, Kabinburi) - Own a car and driving license - Familiar with Auto CAD (able to read, draw, modify and audit) - English proficiency in communicable level (reporting of the work progress, conduct of presentation etc)
