- End user support for desktop, laptop and other devices - Provide prompt and accurate feedback to users - Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues - Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to solve all IT related issues - Set up and install new computers, networks and software - Set up user accounts and profiles - lnstall and configure operating systems - Install updates (patches) to software applications - Perform daily operation checklist: monitoring system, network performance and data backup - Monitor all servers and network devices - Able to work independently to identify, follow up and resolve issues and requests - Proactive approach in developing and improving the IT environment

- 3 years' experience in system engineering and IT support - Basic Knowledge of Windows Server, networking skill and concept, MS SQL Server - Experience with administering O365 - Clear understanding on Cyber Security concepts and best practices - Good troubleshooting and analytic skills - Customer Service Mindset and hard work - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Good Command of English - Advances knowledge of current and new technology and support solutions - Stays updated regarding new technology through industry
