หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Reports to the head of safety - with a dotted line reporting to the regional head of safety - Candidate must meet the qualification levels defined by law to perform as a site safety officer - Conduct hazard identifications and risk assessments of the operation and in the premises - Introduce and monitor required controls to minimize the risks Train the staff on set control measures in terms of induction trainings and refresher trainings - Conduct periodic and random audits - Take leadership and proactive measures to develop the site safety culture - Monitor and report the safety leading and lagging indicators and take required actions with management support - Drive compliance to Advantis safety policy, quality policy and legal requirements - Manage and control all non-routine work at site (PTW, Job safety analysis, LOTO) - Implement an emergency response plan and conduct required drills - Coordinate with regional safety head in driving safety and quality in the operation

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
