หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Report to the head of operations and be responsible for the overall operational performance of the site - Act as the key contact point for the customer - Ensure meeting desired customer expectations in line with the agreed service scope in the contract - Responsibility in managing the operation in line with the desired safety and quality standards - Be responsible in meeting desired productivity levels in the operation and achieve KPIs - Manage and coordinate with the suppliers timely to ensure zero disruptions in the operation - Give leadership to site staff and work towards maintaining a healthy employee satisfaction level - Keep all required records to ensure timely processing of monthly billing details - Ensure meeting operational excellence standards and audit criterions

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Experience in production related operations in similar capacity - Experience in working with foreign workers - Strong knowledge of 5S System - Manage and Plan for the excellence operation - Good command in computer skill - Good English Warning and please beware of Crooks!!!
