หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Manage 3PL to deliver best performance and achieve the KPI committed - Manage to deliver financial result to achieve the target - Develop and execute a suitable branding policy in order to attract and retain appropriate clients , employees, suppliers to the organisation. - Identify market & industry trends and competitor information by establishing suitable information channels and analyse to ensure required decissions are taken to achieve competitive advantage. - Guide, Coach and develop Departmant Staff on important aspects of work performance, and where appropriate recommend development plans promotion the training needs of the team and obatin HR facilitation to provide applicable training

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or related fields - Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / 3PL management. - Strategic thinking with good analytical and problem-solving skills - Be proactive to propose and develop new ideas - Excellent communication, planning, and presentation skills. - Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Good command of spoken and written English ** Warning and please beware of Crooks!!!
