หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage the full life cycle Recruiting process including job postings, resume sourcing, candidate interviews, resume submitting, reference checking and offer negotiations & screening, interviewing and on boarding
• To establish recruitment policy and procedure by writing and updating policies and procedures.
• Utilize creative opportunities to raise company brand in the market place
• Coordinating, and supporting the preparation and/or presenting ideas for activities to strengthen engagement within the company.
• Take care of all social media of the recruitment department such as website Facebook, Tiktok
• Support other roles within the HR team (activity, training, outing, annual meeting)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 3 years in recruitment experiences
• Good computer skills in MS Office Word, Excel and Excellence Power Point
• Excellent command in both written / spoken english and communication skills
• Strong initiative and solid judgement ability / skills
• Knowledge of social media and use it fluently
