Commercial Coordinator – Freight & Logistics

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate and negotiate freight rates with carriers to obtain the most competitive sales cost.
• Maintain and strengthen good relationships with shipping lines for assigned trade lanes.
• Update and maintain rate information regularly in the internal Rate Center system.
• Evaluate and grade carriers twice a year based on performance and service quality.
• Collect data and prepare trade lane-related reports for the Commercial Manager.
• Communicate freight, surcharges, and other related updates from carriers to Sales and relevant internal teams.
• Record and organize rate requests received daily from the Sales and Overseas departments for KPI tracking.
• Perform FMC filing with Dart Maritime.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, ocean freight, or shipping line coordination.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with freight rate systems.
