Sales Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Negotiate sales terms, present new product offerings, and follow up on customer orders
• Provide sales insights to support product strategy and market positioning aligned with target groups
• Review pricing, costing, and product details before final confirmation with customers
• Coordinate with Merchandising and Product Development teams to ensure product accuracy and on-time delivery
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Production, QA, and Purchasing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Gather insights on new products, fashion trends, and customer requirements
• Collaborate with the Design and Product Development teams to plan new product lines
• Manage and oversee sales performance for both domestic and international OEM/ODM clients

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager or similar role
• Proven experience in sales within the jewelry or fashion OEM/ODM industry
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge or experience in product development, purchasing, or project management will be a strong advantage
