ISO Internal Audit Staff

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Conduct ISO audits according to Audit Plan and assist ISO Supervisor in performing weekly reporting to Executive Management and quarterly reporting to Audit Committee and Board Meeting relating significant audit issues and compliance with with all applicable rules and regulations.
• Perform improvement follow up audit to ensure the same mistakes/errors be prevented before submitting to ISO Supervisor for review, approval and closing identified issues.
• Attend meetings with auditees to develop an understanding of business processes, also engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
• Travelling to different sections and divisions to meet relevant staff and obtain documents and information, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, and submit Monthly Internal Audit Report for Manager's review.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering
• At least 3 years work experience in Quality management system or other management system
• Strong knowledge in management system (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO5001)
• Good communication skill, analysis, assessment, report writing and presentation
• Willing to learn and quickly adapt to the job requirements
