Production Director

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Establish and implement effective and cost-efficient maintenance strategies.
• Communicate management policies from executives into actionable practices.
• Provide guidance and consultation on operational management and problem-solving to achieve organizational goals.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly expenses to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Monitor monthly and quarterly budgets to align with quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and manage budget expenditures in accordance with the organization’s financial plans.
• Initiate, develop, and improve production processes and departmental management procedures.
• Summarize and present production reports, including identified issues and proposed solutions, to senior management.
• Communicate with senior management and relevant departments (e.g., Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, R&D) to resolve issues collaboratively.
• Report daily performance and related issues, providing recommendations to the Vice President of Production.
• Ensure effective communication and monitoring of departmental goals (quality, productivity, production plans) on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Review ISO documentation, supplier evaluations, and departmental ISO Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the gemstone industry or in production control
• Background in the gemstone and jewelry industry with solid knowledge of production processes and relevant standards
• Proficiency in English communication
• Ability to perform effectively under high-pressure situations
• Strong leadership skills with excellent delegation abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office
