- Control, monitor and create tickets for all requirements/questions/complaints within 15 minutes and 24/7 - Make sure the tickets get correctly and categorize with pre-defined issue types, and assign to relevant people/region by considering each people's support queue-by utilize service now - Maintain key notes along the way on each ticket - Switch ticket owner upon request - Provide reports regularly and by request on statistical summary of all tickets, open tickets backlog, tickets category, average solving time etc. - Manage OTM new locations (ERP) by creating new location group ID or assign new location to an existing location group ID - Follow the location group ID naming convention SOP - Manage OTM new PN (ERP) OTM weight. Send weight request to related parties to get PN weight info and update into OTM
