E-Commerce Supervisor-Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Key Responsibilities: - Create E-Commerce strategy &manage online sales - Campaign planning, Connect with online platform - Drive sales target, analysis &report to management Job description: - Execute E-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth. - Responsibility of E-commerce and online marketing for all online channels. - Lead in campaign planning and target setting in all online channels, plan demand and investment for all online campaigns. - Initiate online marketing strategy to drive better traffic, and sales conversion to meet objective and KPI target. - Monitor sales performance and traffic analytic all platforms including the effectiveness of marketing strategies. - Oversee of E-Commerce operations to ensure a high service and delivery quality to end-users - Coordinate with internal departments or 3rd party service partners to ensure deliverables in timely manner. - Monthly analysis of overall sales revenue and recommend actions to improve the business. - Seek opportunity to grow in other online channels.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor degree or above At Least 3 years experience in E-commerce, preferably with good knowledge of commercial and operation on Shopee/Lazada. Strong experience in E-commerce platform and management. Passionate advocate of digital marketing and digital innovation. Be able to work independently
