HR Supervisor / Manager (ประจำโรงงานไทรน้อย)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Apply the appropriate sourcing and screening efficiency -Support the management of manpower rates.To be effective -Collaborate with management in the training curriculum -Collection,analysis,assessment of employee evaluation -Support work plan apart from the various sales that can perform effectively and dchieve the goal -Management of maintenance of company assets.To the availability and security -Plan and monitor problem analysis consultation to clarify a clear policy coordination Motivation to work targent -Function evaluation staff. Create new ideas to improve performance -Monitoring and control of budget expenses timely -Operation in all cases accouding to the requirements of the labor law -Operation in all cases according to the rule of law in Thailand -Fixed a problem in every case.Be able to achieve a company's needs. -Control of the plan's monthly department HR,Admin,M/A according to plan -Summary and analysis of the performance eveluation of employees company wide -Coordination and cooperation as well.All departments and all partes.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <p>-Male or Female,age above 40 years old.</p><p>-Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.</p><p>-5 years up experence in admin & HR functions is required.</p><p>-Initiative,responsible, able to work under high pressure</p><p>-Knowledge of organization development,understanding of Thai Labor laws</p><p>-Excellent leadership and motivational capabilities</p><p>-Excellent in Communication and problem solving</p><p>-Good command of spoken , read , written English</p><p>-Good computer skill.</p>
