• BFO is looking to hire a versatile Digital & Marketing Communication to lead and execute the strategy and execution of the company's B2B and consumer-facing social media. This person will grow and develop the organization's digital presence. Additionally, this position is accountable for providing consistent and ongoing content via all digital content channels. What you’ll do • Develop and implement cutting-edge approaches to content and digital engagement that cover all digital platforms (web, social, video, etc.). • Drive social media strategy, content development, and across various social platforms including, but not limited to, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Identify opportunities and produce timely content for BFO Feature Films and TV Series. • Develop creative and impactful digital marketing campaigns inclusive of photo, video, and copy. • Find strategic opportunities to promote and develop content in partnership with BFO production partners. • Collaborate with internal teams to build and execute campaigns that support various company’s objectives. • Analyze and report on content performance to inform internal stakeholders and drive continuous improvement and innovation. • Support issues management by managing social media monitoring and delivering periodic reports when needed. • Work with colleagues to develop or enhance processes to improve collaboration and enhance alignment on global projects.

• • 5+ years of client-side social/digital marketing experience and impeccable communication skills. Experience developing social media content for executives is a plus. • Hunger for developing innovative campaigns that leverage the latest tech and trends across platforms. • Excitement to build an audience of people who believe in BFO’s mission. • Passionate about films, music, art, and cool culture. • Strategic thinker who can articulate the brand vision, as well as anticipate and identify consumer needs.
