With more than 20 years of experience and presence in Thailand, US, Poland and India producing cost-effective, high-quality commercials and digital content and providing end-to-end services, including post-production solutions. Benetone Films is looking for Bidding Producer to help us grown and acquire new accounts by formulating and strategically executing a growth vision for the company. Position Summary Bidding Producer will be working primarily in the Commercials & Digital Content division of the company working with the producers and reporting to assigned senior management of the company. The position is suitable for those who have worked in the field of advertising production. Roles & Responsibilities: • Create cost estimates based on the scripts, storyboards and input from the domestic and international agencies and clients. • Along with cost estimate to assemble other bid material from internal and external sources and create a presentation deck for the bid. • Could be required to communicate with the agency or client in providing bid materials. • Apply creativity and resourcefulness in creating the pitch decks. • Keep up to date on the internal and industry resources, crew and trends to source for new and trendsetting source and talents. • Work with producers and senior management in creating pitches (reels/paperwork/boards/ideas/ presentations).

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • We’re looking for a seasoned producer who can successfully work across teams, time zones, and technologies. • You need to boast at least 8+ years of high-level experience as a producer at a digital production company or advertising agency, with evident management skills. • College degree in related field. A combination of work experience and education can be substituted. • PC/Mac literate, word and excel proficiency needed. • Knowledge of live-action protocols and bidding practices. • Scheduling and organizational skills. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under tight deadlines and intense pressure. • Ability to schedule, prioritize and multitask. • Excellent attention to detail. • Great communication skills [written and verbal]. • Good command of spoken and written English is a plus but not mandatory. • Knowledge of all delivery formats. • A good freelancer database, with strong relationships. • Enjoys socializing within the industry to maintain and build new relationships.
