Production Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist Producer with day-to-day activities (on and off location) Establish a timeline and draw up a production schedule (making adjustments throughout the process) Manage the budget and ensure a cost effective production Work closely and report progress to Executive Producer and Producer on a daily basis Ensure a good line of communication with entire crew- Manage/Mentor production staff Ensure that management goals are communicated Lead and/or assist in contract negotiations (equipment rental, independent contractors, etc.) and establish documentation processes Report on behalf of the production company to all vendors and crew Responsible for overseeing the local introduction and resource allocation for all projects by managing local resource planning and coordinating Plan, manage, and lead internal meetings to keep all crew up to speed Review production reports with Executive Producer and Producer to ensure minimum costs and prevent delays Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate department within production team Work closely with Line Producer and Production Coordinator to maintain organization of wrap books and all necessary documents throughout entire process Evaluate team performance and make constructive criticisms along with future suggestions to improve the production as a whole

• Overall Requirements:- Hands-on and detail oriented management style Flexible schedule and able to work long hours Available to travel for long periods at a time Excellent organizational skills Excellent communication skills and easily accessible to all crew Able to adjust to abrupt changes and plan accordingly Able to work at a quick pace Good knowledge of English is a must Education and Experience:- Thai Nationality Only Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent years of directly related work experience) 3-5 years of either film, tv commercial and/or television production work experience Successfully trained and managed mid to large sized crew on location Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel is a must. Proficient in Showbiz Budgeting is a major plus.
