Project Manager (HR Software)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Project Management: Lead and manage the full life cycle of HR software implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery according to agreed scope and milestones.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the project outcomes.
• Change Management: Oversee and manage change requests, including negotiation, approval, and implementation, while ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership to the project team, including planning for team and individual development, and ensuring that team members have the support they need to succeed.
• Pre-Sales Support: Assist in pre-sales activities, including providing consultancy and solution selling to prospective clients.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 3 years' experience as a Software Project Manager or Project Leader, with a strong understanding of HR/Business software and business processes.
• Understanding of Accounting concepts and knowledge.
• Proficient analysis, effective problem-solving, communication, and negotiating abilities
• have experience in implementing Agile methodologies in the workplace.
• Good communication in English.
