Customer Service Executive (Jewelry)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Communicate on a daily basis with existing as well as new customers from Thailand and abroad. 2. Understand customer requirements and provide a high level of customer service. 3. Prepare quotations, production orders and Excel-sheet plans and ensure good time management and persistent follow up on all production matters. 4. Inform all necessary departments on important details and updates. 5. Prepare progress reports for company directors and senior managers. 6. Efficiently organize and execute all personal responsibilities and tasks.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Ø  At least 3 years’ experience in similar position within the Jewelry Industry. Ø  Responsible personality, accountability and willingness to learn. Ø  Ability to communicate positively with all colleagues and have a good team spirit. Ø  Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Jewelry, Business administration or related field. Ø  Good command of spoken and written English. Ø  Strong computer literacy: Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe. Ø  Detail Oriented and attentive towards special requests from customer.
