Product Development Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate and supervise the product development process from design concept to production handover.
• Manage and review 2D and 3D CAD files to ensure accuracy and production readiness.
• Collaborate closely with CAD designers, production teams, and QC to ensure prototypes meet aesthetic and technical standards.
• Liaise between design, R&D, and production departments to resolve technical or production issues.
• Plan and oversee sampling timelines, materials usage, and production schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Support BOM (Bill of Materials) creation, ensure accurate product specifications and technical documentation
• Analyze and improve production workflows for new designs to maximize efficiency and minimize cost.
• Supervise and guide junior staff or coordinators involved in product development or technical coordination.
• Communicate regularly with external suppliers or vendors regarding molds, findings, or components.
• Ensure all new products meet internal quality and production standards before handover to mass production.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Jewelry Design, Industrial Design, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Jewelry product development or production coordination.
• Proficient in 3D CAD software (e.g. Rhino, Matrix, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Jewelry manufacturing processes (casting, polishing, stone setting, etc.).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Good command of English and Thai (spoken and written).
• Experienced Supervisor (5+ yrs, CAD skills, English)
